Hourly Contract

For service not covered under maintenance will be worked on hourly basis. Any service on hourly contract will be initiated on client approval only.

Custom Contract

We also offer customized Maintenance & Support packages. We discuss client’s requirements and agree with them for a particular numbers of hours per month. A work timesheet is delivered to them monthly for task and hours spend on each task as per suitability. magePoint offers telephonic, email, chat, video chat and face to face support during business hours.
